I would have lost all interest if it were Ben Affleck starring in it. But this is okay, I'd give it a shot. |

THE STUDIOS ARE IN IT TO MAKE MONEY
I mean they're businesses, it's what they do and even though we obviously disagree with them, you can't really blame them. Zodiac cost $80M to make and only earned $33M in the states, that's a loss of almost $50 Million dollars, it didn't even make half it's budget back. Of course Zodiac was also an amazing film, but if you're a studio exec, of course you're going to want your director's next film to be more mainstream, rather than risking another $50M loss. I mean as a filmgoer would I rather see Fincher make Torso? Of course, but the exec has got to do his job. Studios are laying off employees in the hundreds these days I'm sure he doesn't want to become one of them. |

I can just imagine the heads asking fincher, so what do you think of Judd Apatow?. Do you think you can make a movie like that. |

Chef? I thought the chef movie was called SEARED and was a dark comedy that Fincher was interested to do with Brad Pitt a while back. I could be down for that because Pitt has some great comedic timing. |

ZODIAC KINDA BOMBED
Maybe they are afraid Fincher is being repetitive. A change of pace sometimes is a good thing. |

BENDIS RULES!
With the source material, actors attached and Fincher, this movie would be an instant classic. |

The only good thing that would come of a Scorsese directed Larry the Cable Guy movie is that Larry would probably be dead by the end of the movie. |

WHAT?
Have Fincher direct some stupid Keanu comedy is as bad an idea as having Scorcese direct a Larry the Cable Guy comedy. Has Paramount lost their mind? Zodiac was a great movie. |
