A violent Vagrant

Strike Back below!

From Lou Vockell, the man who brought you KILLER SEX QUEENS FROM CYBERSPACE, HOOKERS IN A HAUNTED HOUSE, and STALKING HAND, comes a sickly degenerate offering entitled VAGRANT. After dabbling within the realm of trashy for those first three flicks, it looks like ol’ Lou is now opting to focus fully on trash. Here’s what he told Fango regarding his latest work of social debauchery, which apparently is based on a true story:

“VAGRANT is a movie unlike anything I’ve ever created before. It’s the chronicle of a rather mundane criminal event that escalated into one of the most violent, shocking, gory and bloody massacres that has ever occurred in the history of an ordinary Midwestern city. So extreme and sickening, it was in fact completely suppressed by the local authorities. To this day, they deny it ever actually happened. It has become the stuff of local urban mythology.”

Well, he’s using all the right words so far (violent, shocking, gory, bloody, & massacre). Let’s see if the plot is up to par: A gang of bank robbers hide out in a supposedly abandoned tenement after pulling off a big heist, with a schoolgirl hostage in tow. This sadistic bunch gets their kicks tormenting their poor victim, but they get a taste of their own medicine when it turns out that the drug-addicted title character calls the building home, and doesn’t take kindly to intruders.

Sounds pretty basic to me (and familiar… SEE NO EVIL). However, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t throw some change into VAGRANT’s plastic cup. I mean those pics above and below look perfectly gross (see more here.). Plus ol’ Lou is promising “horror with a no-punches-pulled, no-holds-barred brutality!” I’ll keep an eye or two out for any further info. Till then, you can check out VAGRANT’s website here and MySpace page here.
