Inglorious new pics

For a moment there, I forgot Quentin Tarantino is attempting to film and complete INGLORIOUS BASTERDS in time for the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, which means they're filming now and hauling ass about it. How could I forget? Well, we haven't seen or heard much about the flick in a while, but that is all about to change...

Sky.it scored an assload of new behind the scenes images from the film, and so far... it's looking like a WWII set piece. Should be pretty nuts to see more of Brad Pitt and his crazy cast of cronies (including Michael Myers) in uniform and kicking Nazi ass, but for now... this works! Mostly soldiers and a few close-ups, definately cool stuff to keep your eye on.

Since that's all there really is to this story, I'm gonna go on a little rant. Can someone PLEASE make an official announcement as to whether this thing is gonna be called BASTERDS or BASTARDS??? I've seen it talked about both ways (sometimes even interchangeably) and it's driving me crazy. I've read the script and it's BASTERDS, but many casting announcements straight out of Variety and THR have called it BASTARDS. Just make it officially one way or the other already! I guess we'll find out for sure when the first poster hits... until then, enjoy the new pics by clicking HERE!
