Excl: Parasomnia 2?

We're all pretty excited about WILLIAM MALONE'S PARASOMNIA here on AITH. The synopsis (below) sounds promising, the TRAILER ROCKS and Malone has a great eye even when his films miss. Good old JIMMYO recently had a sit down with Mr. Malone (full interview coming soon) and here's what he spat out in terms of a potential PARASOMNIA sequel:
"I know that people are gonna probably ask, can you do a sequel. And I probably think what I would do, I'd probably do a prequel rather than a sequel. Because I kind of like leaving our characters where they wind up in the end of the film. I wouldn't really want to tamper with that, but I think that certainly our villain has got a lot of material there."
PARASOMNIA will premiere on March 5th at 7:30pm at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood, as part of a star studded event (get all the info here). Here's the Synopsis:
Laura Baxter is a young woman, literally a "sleeping beauty," who suffers from a medical condition called "parasomnia." A childhood accident victim, she is actually sleeping her life away, awakening briefly on rare occasions. Art student Danny Sloan falls in love with her, unaware that her hospital neighbor, a terrifying mass murderer and mesmerist named Byron Volpe has other, more sinister plans. Sloan helps Laura escape from her hospital prison only to discover that Volpe is about to enter her dreams.

This is what I dream of when I'm sleeping my life away...
