Burning now Ravenous

A few weeks back My Man Eric showed ya'll the first poster for Carlos Brooks' BURNING BRIGHT, starring the smokin' hot Briana Evigan (check out that poster HERE). The film's currently looking for distribution over at the American Film Market, and to position itself a titch better, they've gone ahead and changed the name completely.
According to STYD, BURNING BRIGHT is now RAVENOUS. Given, it's a better title for sure, but isn't there another movie called RAVENOUS starring Guy Pierce? No bother, I guess, as the two couldn't be more different. BURNING BRI... er, RAVENOUS, goes a little something like this: When 20 year old Kelly wakes late at night during a hurricane, she finds a hungry tiger stalking her through the halls of her home. With every door and window boarded up from the outside and her stepfather nowhere to be found, Kelly fights frantically to stay one step ahead of the killer beast while dragging her autistic brother Tom through the house, but with every turn the situation becomes more complicated and desperate.
Ain't that a bitch? You survive a hurricane only to have to face-off with a hungry tiger. It also sounds like an awesome idea for a movie. I can't wait to see if the title change will position itself at the market any better--I hope it does! Stick around for more news and updates on RAVENOUS as we hear it!
