Undertaker Film Coming?

Well here's something way overdue: A movie about wrestling's The Undertaker!
According to the guys at PWInsider that very thing is currently in the works. Chances are you've heard of The Undertaker. The guy has been around for over 20 years kicking ass and taking names. Now that you're recalling all your fond wresting memories... do you think a flick about The Dead Man would be cool? Maybe in his heyday but will it work now? Hmm...
WWE Films are planning on giving The Undertaker his own flick, an origins story of the classic character. Back in the day the idea was that The Undertaker had come back from the dead and was controlled but a chubby dude holding an urn... This was followed by an evil doppleganger, a cult and a mysterious brother among other adventures. Oh wrestling. No word on exactly what elements of The Undertaker's history will be put into the film but we do know it'll be a western set in the 1800s. Interesting.
That's all we've got thus far. While it seems it wasn't officially announced I think it's safe to assume Mark Calaway will be starring, Calaway of course being the man behind The Undertaker for all these years. We'll be keeping an eye on this one and hoping for something twisted and fun. As always keep it here for updates.
