Udo Falls Down Dead
We got a heads up about an upcoming horror / thriller that might have a few of you interested in checking out, either for the interesting premise, or for stars Udo Kier, Dominique Swain (the smokin' hottie below), Mehmet Gunsur, and the late David Carradine.
It's called FALL DOWN DEAD, and it goes a little something like this: Set on Christmas Eve, FALL DOWN DEAD follows single mother Christie Wallace (Dominique Swain) as she stumbles upon The Picasso Killer (Udo Kier), a serial killer who considers his mutilated victims to be works of art. Now the only person who can identify him, Christie becomes trapped inside a building with bumbling security guard Wade (David Carradine), two detectives (R. Keith Harris and Mehmet Gunsur), and a few Christmas Eve stragglers as The Picasso Killer hunts them down one body at a time.
Just in time for the holidays! Directed by Jon Keeyes and written by Roy Sallows, FALL DOWN DEAD sounds like it could be interesting, and I've never been disappointed in seeing Udo play a creepy dude, so having him as The Picasso Killer sounds priceless. Let's just hope it lives up to the hype (in my mind).
No nationwide release date has been set, but it will be premiering in Los Angeles on December 18th... right up against AVATAR. I guess it's better than no release date at all, right???

Spilled Blood: I'd like to say this was David Carradine's last movie, but it was actually made back in 2007. He went on to make 32 other movies before his untimely death earlier this year.
