The last update we gave you on Abel Ferrara's JEKYLL & HYDE came back at the beginning of October, when supposed star Forest Whitaker revealed he hasn't officially signed on for anything just yet. Well regardless of whether Whitaker is signed on or not things are moving forward!

In an article about Richard Jackson's Action Jackson Films over at Variety it's revealed that Action Jackson Films and Cheetah Vision Films are going to be behind JEKYLL & HYDE with Warner Brothers looking to distribute domestically. Well that works then. It seems Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson and Academy Award winner Forest Whitaker will tackle the epic tale of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde whether you want to see it or not, so we might as well just go along for the ride!
