Powell talks Goon
The last update we got on the David Fincher produced THE GOON came back in July. Now that's a long ass time, especially if you're looking forward to this flick like I am! So when I heard creator Eric Powell finally has an update for us all you can bet it got my attention!
The guys over at Comic Book Resources had a chance to chat with Powell about the latest issue of THE GOON comic series and the writer decided to give us a much needed update on the film!
"I just finished writing the script a few months back, and Blur is working on a lot of test stuff. Fincher is working on a film right now, so we're waiting for him to get some space so we can start showing some of this stuff off. I'm pretty happy with everything so far. We've just got to work to get to the next point. This is a slow, long process."
As long as there's some some progress I'm a happy camper! Powell goes on a bit more about his involvement in the film as well as loads of information regarding THE GOON's comic life within the next couple years.
