Michael Pare stars as the peeved spirit in 100 FEET.
Writer/Director ERIC RED just e-mailed us from Hungary (where he's prepping up
his next film, the supernatural thriller 100
FEET) with some slick news. Bobby Cannavale (from
Snakes on a Plane), Ed Westwick
(of Children of Men) and genre veteran Michael Pare (who worked
with Red before on the criminally underrated
Bad Moon)
have all joined the cast of 100 FEET.
Cannavale will play Shanks, the tough as nails Police Detective on the case. Westwick will tackle the role of Joey, a
young man who befriends the lead Marnie (played by the lovely Famke Janssen,
as previously reported
here). And Michael Pare will be the vengeful
and unapologetically brutal ghost out for dire payback.
Here are some further stills of the players (below). 100 FEET is presently in pre-production. It will enter production sooner than you can say "Kick that ass Red!".
