Po Chih Leong
The plot is identical to every b-movie action film youíve seen. A tough guy has to protect or rescue a hot girl. It doesnít really get any more complicated than that. But in this case, they try to throw in a subplot about bombing a city. Unfortunately, they donít even mention this until the last ten minutes and by then, the audience is looking at the clock more than theyíre looking at the screen. I honestly canít imagine a scenario in which this movie would be enjoyable unless the viewer was severely intoxicated.
Make no mistake about it, it is a bad movie. It doesnít come close to being a good film, nor does it give the impression itís trying. Wesley Snipes shows up for the paycheck and thatís about it. The other cast members tried, but they donít seem experienced enough to realize thereís better work out there for them (commercials, perhaps). The film offers nothing we havenís seen done better by better talent and it makes you wonder why/how this film even got made.
