Burton’s Alice cast

Wonderland never looked so creepy.

Over the weekend, a scan (possibly from a D23 publication) of the characters from Tim Burton’s ALICE IN WONDERLAND popped up online over on Deviantart.

There’s lot going on here: Anne Hathaway as a blonde, Helena Bonham Carter’s giant Red Queen head, an even larger Cheshire cat head, and the first look at the caterpillar. The hookah smoking insect is voiced by none other than Alan Rickman. Now, if that isn’t a perfect match, I don’t know what is.

I greatly anticipate seeing this next year, but do not anticipate having nightmares about Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
