Seeing as how hottie casting is a relatively big part of what we do around here, we thought we'd update you on some recent not quite hottie but definitely cutie additions to some relatively high profile films.
First up, QUINCEANERA actress Emily Rios has joined Taylor Hackford's upcoming directorial effort LOVE RANCH. The film is based on a true story and stars Helen Mirren and Joe Pesci as a couple who open the first legal brother in Nevada and the shenanigans that ensue. Rios will play one of the brothel's hookers.
Secondly, Josie Ho has joined the currently filming STREET FIGHTER: THE LEGEND OF CHUN LI. As the film's title implies, the story centers on Chun Li (Kristin Kreuk) and her revenge-fueled quest to kick M. Bison's (recently cast Neal McDonough) ass. Ho will presumably play an ass-kicking bad ass.

According to the IMDB, Ho is "daughter of Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho."
