Dogtown & Z-Boys is a really great documentary that you should seek out now if you haven't seen it yet. Stacy Peralta (former skateboarder/Z-Boy and director of the documentary) weaves a pretty interesting tale that's both fascinating and emotional. Even if you haven't been involved in skateboarding culture, you'll still be engaged from frame one. The doc is also narrated by Sean Penn and won numerous awards on the festival circuit including AFIFest, Sundance and the Independent Spirit Awards. Catch Dogtown & Z-Boys (and Peralta's other documentary "Riding with Giants") on Blu-ray on January 5th.
