Yesterday we saw a few Cannes snapshots featuring posters and banners for Sly Stallone's mega-manly action blast THE EXPENDABLES, and while there was initially a question of fabrication/Photoshoppery, the image content itself was legit.
In fact, Lionsgate has provided larger clean versions of the two teaser pics, which you can click much bigger below. Above are some character one-sheets that popped up over at the Mad Movies forums. Statham's the knife expert and Li has the big gun? Interesting approach. I like that Stallone's name is partially covered, yet there's no possibility of mistaken identity...
Meanwhile, AICN has a few new candid shots from the set, proving that Dolph Lundgren and Sly will indeed be looking each other in the eye once more.
