thanks dead one. but do you know the relase date? i mean no one has it, i mean no one. best buy, circuit city. i thought i had read that the street date was 4-11. but best buy has 4-25 in their computer. so hopefully it will be out this tuesday.

BTW Lasers Edge has the relase date of 'Grizzly' at 4/11/06, maybe they're just late getting it out on time. This kind of shit does happen with DVD release dates, which does tend to piss me off as well.

I also have it on order, but it has probably been delayed by a few days...these things do happen...I just bought The Prophecy 1979 (hadn´t seen it before) to calm me down, and thought that movie was better than Grizzly...

hey guys just pre-ordered grizzly at deep discount for 11.98 ( 2 disc set ) the street date is 5-02. i did like the review at drive in. hey i always liked the film but was tired of watching a butchered pan and scan version that i have. that one goes in the garbage now. so if anyone wants to purchase this go to www.deepdiscount.com . 11.98 is a good price, beacause it will probably go for 14.99.:D

I saw Prophecy prior to watching Grizzly again on DVD and Prophecy is a better bear movie i.m.o
Grizzly is a god little gem, but almost the whole story nomatter what the producers says is stolen from Jaws.

young kid eaten/teared
girl first victim in water/woods
town mayor/Park supervisor as an asshole

etc
but then again...why changing a winning concept??

They mentioned the Grizzly 2 movie, but the producer said it had another story than that which was mentioned at imdb.com about
Charlie Sheens character wounded and meeting a mountainman...
Whats up with that?
