I like Hagime Saitoh from Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X)... dane... he's so cool. He's the wolf. He had this great line in the series. He said something like... "You can tame a dog with food, you can tame a man with money, but you can never tame a mibu (wolf)" hehehe what a BAD@SS

Male: Spike from Cowboy Beebop. Coolest devil-may-cry character in all of anime.

Female: The Major from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and 2nd Gig. Hard-core super bitch!

Newcomer deserving of special mention: GANKUTSUOU, The Count of Monte Cristo. "Thou art Anathema!" The guy reeks of bad-assery without even trying.
