Hey everybody,
"The Assassination of Jessy James By The Coward Robert Ford" has been in development for a while now and most of us have seen photos from the movie but just recently, a new teaser trailer has been released for the movie and it definitely looks interesting. Here is a small blurb on what the movie is about and the cast and crew:
Scheduled for a September release, the film delves into the private life and public exploits of America's most notorious outlaw. As the charismatic and unpredictable Jesse James (Brad Pitt) plans his next great robbery, he wages war on his enemies, who are trying to collect the reward money – and the glory – riding on his capture. But the greatest threat to his life may ultimately come from those he trusts the most.
Directed by Andrew Dominik, the film also stars Casey Affleck, Sam Shepard, Mary-Louise Parker, Jeremy Renner, Paul Schneider, Sam Rockwell and Zooey Deschanel.

The movie looks great, and it also has a very good cast...
On my most anticipatied list.

Did the scene look like it'd be good in the film, or what?...Details, details!...please.

They need to shorten the name. :)
Still, looks like a cool flick, but not something that I'm so excited about I'll go see in theatres or anything like that. I really think that Sam Rockwell is underrated - his performance in Confessions of a Dangerous Mind is borderline brilliant.

I think the name is perfect and I really hope they keep it the way it is.

Sounds interesting.
I have found a site with some preview info and a couple of pictures. There's only three right now, but I have a feeling this site will be on top of it if there's more soon.

Meh. Teaser didn't really show anything. And it failed to really grab my attention. It's a so-so teaser. Unlike the teaser for, oh, say, Superman Returns, it didn't make me think, Oh my god I have to see this! It's just kinda meh.

They don't need to shorten anything. The title is awesome, we don't get these every Friday of the week.

Very cool teaser; I think it sets up the movie very well. I like Westerns and I think this one could be a great one.

If any of you get the chance, you should read the book by the same name, its a great read and it the film follows the style of the book we could have a good one.

What's wrong with the title? I kinda like it. It's unique.

I just might too.
My reading slate is pretty full now but I'll read it over the summer.
The trailer is great though. It's perfectly mood, brilliantly supplemented by the amazing music of Thomas Newman.
Awesome, and I will plug support for my man T. Newman anywhere I can. :D
