I'm trying to find some "fun" horror movies to watch. Ones that are made just entertain you and make you laugh and aren't usually that scary. Movies like The Convent (2000), Return Of The Living Dead (1985), or Army Of Darkness (1993). I need some other suggestions

Braindead, of course. Braindead. Braindead. Dead Alive. Braindead.

And if you liked Army of Darkness, you need to see Evil Dead 2.

The entire Sleepaway Camp trilogy. The second one is probably the most "fun" but the others are too.

Anyone ever see Popcorn....its late eightie/early nineties...definitly a fun film worth checking out...it's with Jill Schoelen (speaking of which the Stepfather movies are another late night fun ride)...
I also wanna say the Maniac Cop movies....total 3 o'clock in the morning catch them on tv and you've been out drinking all night fun times

Some great suggestions I 100 per cent agree with too:

Eli Roth is a pretty good director although I didn't like his work in the TCM remake. Hostel was all right. But, personaly, I think his calling card will always be cabin fever. Great psycholodgical thriller/horror/comedy.

Well Marcus Nipsel directed it with Michael Bay producing for Platinum Dunes...honest mistake tho....
I really dug Hostel, I thought it was really disturbing and well done...the only thing is that I saw Eli Roth as having a strong sense of humour in his films like Cabin Fever and the first half of Hostel....I don't know how will fit with Cell which I'm reading now and am about half through and it's just not that style at all....it's brutal and devastating from page one so definitly no humour...we'll see tho

my thought exactly. I like how he maneges to add humor to horrific situation. most notabley in cabin fever. as well as his use of psychology. I myself consiter cabin fever to be a psychological thrilloer rather than a horror film. But as for cell, I hope the best for it and i will be intrested in seeing it.

I agree, I liked Cabin Fever a bit more than Hostel. I'm curious to see what Roth does with Cell. Has anyone seen Cemetery Man with Ruperet Everett; that movie is a trip!
