Anyone else love this movie?
I saw the first half once and thought it was one of the worst pieces of crap ever. Don't know why, this second go had be from frame one. I fucking loved it. The concept of the videogame is brilliant and the writing is just smart. The twist at the end seems so obvious but executed in a way it STILL shocks you. Pretty good stuff.

i love eXistenZ and i only love it more every time i see it, i notice more little things every time. i love the story, its a lot of fun and it has possibly one of my favourite twist endings ever

What's funny also is that I'm zero a Cronenberg fan. I find his constant 'organic item' symbolism (or whatever they are) so tired and boring. It was just disgustingly fitting in this movie. What a complete 180 for me.

Just Cronenberg revisiting some of his favorite themes. In many ways Existenz is just a re-imaging of Videodrome.
