haven't seen Pitt in Last Days but I really think that Bonham's got the best choice...Stahl is a fantastic actor and it's harder to see right now but I think he has the look down too if he'd grow his hair out.

Honestly, I detest Jared Leto, however, I do think he would make a great Kurt Cobain, were a proper film about Kurt to be made that is; Gus Van Sant's Last Days was fuckin' horrible.
