For the 'uncut' footage? Hell no. It only has like extra shots and stuff, nothing you'd even notice. If you don't own the movie and want to own it, then I guess this is a good choice.

Its definitely worth it. The specials are awesome and those alone are worth it. The movie is also a bit different because they changed the colors and its a bit more erie. I got it and haven't looked back since.
