Antonio, THE MEXICAN is pretty mediocre, but Gandolfini is MVP as the gay hitman/gangster who kidnaps Julia Roberts. It's their scenes that are the most interesting.

So I gotta go with The Last Castle. While he was playing the so-called "Warden" of the film, he is considered a weak man, something that is drastically different from his role in The Sopranos.
