Yeah if you've read the book, you'd know Pennywise is more powerfull hands down.



Possible minor SPOILERS for IT the book.




Pennywise has pretty much been around since the start of creation and I dont think they even managed to kill it at the end of the book. In the Dreamcatcher book some of the characters drive through Derry and see a memorial that Bill and the others got put up in memory of the dead kids and they see graffitied all over it is, "pennywise lives". Although that could just be an in joke by king for the IT fans.
