1. BATMAN (since it kind of set the standard though I liked BATMAN FOREVER better, for entertainment value.
2. SPIDERMAN (dead-on casting)
3. MEN IN BLACK ( so damn clever)
4. BATMAN FOREVER (I love the beautiful colors and people)
5. X-MEN (strides were taken with this one that seperated it from the comic book but still captured avid fans. Hugh Jackman was an excellent choice for Wolverine.)

I'm a much bigger fan of the "X-Men" comics than I am of the "Spider-Man" comics, but as far as just plain movie production--"Spider-Man" inches past.
