ok so a 1953 documentary on merchant marines might not appeal to some people at first glance....but to you i say: a kubrick film is still a kubrick film

plain and simple, im going to get this, even if i hate it when i watch it. i'm a kubrick completist

Cool, but it reeks of a DVD company trying to milk money out of anything they can find. I imagine a DVD cover with Kubrick's name mentioned twice and in oversized lettering.

This just seems for Kubrick completists only; I can't imagine anyone seeing Kubrick's hand in the project given that this was a company-issued film and Kubrick was still young.

Christ, I can barely remember what that short was about anymore.

Anyhow, unless it's really cheap, and the extras are nice, I won't even consider getting this one.
