Hey everybody,
I was over at DavisDVD and they have just released the details for the biggest box office dissapointment of this year and that is "Poseidon". I haven't actually seen the movie yet so I'm going to make no comment about it until I rent the DVD. The details on the DVD editions are as follows:
One of the biggest box office disappointments in recent memory, Warner Brothers' soggy remake Poseidon crashes in on August 22nd. A single-disc edition will be available with an anamorphic widescreen transfer, Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, "Poseidon: A Ship on a Soundstage" featurette and the trailer. Retail is $28.99. A two-disc Special Edition will be available as well and will include, among other things, the additional featurettes "Poseidon: Upside Down," "Rogue Waves" and "A Shipmate's Diary." Retail for this is $34.99.
The two-disc sounds pretty good so I guess Warner Bros. is trying to earn back some of that money they spent (Well over $200 million).
What do you all think?
