need help trying to find out name of anime tittle.

I heard of this anime its about an half elf that has these powers. fantasia is in the title but can't figure out the entire title

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Im not sure, the only animes I can think of with "Fantasia" on the title are "Tales of Phantasia" and "A Girl from Phantasia". The first its a medieval fantasy based on a videogame and the second its a romance comedy.
Not sure if there is a Half Elf in them. The only anime I can remember with an Half Elf is "Record of Loddos War Tv"

YES!!! I am sure its girl from fantasia cause i remember it involves a magic rug and this girl or boy is only intrested in sex.he said its pretty funny.

But like i said i never heard of it or seen it. does it sound like it to any of you?

it's Girl from Phantasia. Pretty funny, but also pretty old so the art doesn't hold up very well
