Ok, lets hear some of your nightmares...

I have one,

I woke up in my bed and I looked under the bed and it was a circus under there. But it wasn't just any circus, the people on trapiez wires were dropping the other circus freaks and they were falling to the ground without a net. The people had red eyes and some of them had green eyes, that dream scared me to look under my bed the next day.

I remember when I was younger I had a dream where there were four devil looking creatures under my bed. They were so dark they looked like shadows, all but their yellow eyes. It wasn't like they were up to anything sinister, they were just sitting in a circle playing a game of poker. Although I don't think they were to happy with me watching them, because they all turned around and glared at me, then I woke up!

My entire neighborhood turned into flesh eating zombies and stripped me to the bone. That was a long time ago...maybe 6 or 7 years...

I've had some doozies.

I was being chased through a graveyard by Freddy Krueger and a bunch of zombies during the dead of night. One zombie got right in my face and blood started pouring out of his mouth. Before they killed me, I woke up.

My neighborhood was being taken over by half-human/half-bee monsters. I learned the monsters were planning to control everyone's minds and they were chasing me down the street of my high school. A black car pulled up and Mulder and Scully from the X-Files got out. They told me to get into the car and they took me to a safehouse so the monsters wouldn't get me.

I had a strange dream the other night - I can't remember anything about it, but when I woke up there was a strange gooey white ectoplasm-like substance in my boxers. :D


Nah seriously though, the one of recent that I remember is that I was still living with my parents and I was going up the stairs with my Dad behind me and I became aware that the loft hatch was open and there was something there that was moving into view. I remember turning to talk to my Dad and his face suddenly changed into the most fearful look I've ever seen, as if he were terrified by what he saw. I turned to look for myself and I woke up.

I was really screwed up for a day or two after that one - Not only because of the weirdness of it, but the fact that I have never seen my Dad with such a look of sheer terror on his face.

I have the same type of loft hatch in my own house and I was giving it a quick glance whenever I went past it for those two days! :eek:

Nightmares can be pretty fucked up sometimes...had a nightmare that I was under the deep ocean with all these huge fish/sharks everywhere and I saw demons on the seaweed...it was messed up.

I used to have this reoccuring dream-

I was home alone, just wandering around the house. The doorbell rings, so i go open it, and it's this large black dog with red eyes, and it's growling and dripping saliva all over the porch. I slam the door just in time to hear it thump against it, and then keep on trying to get through. I run to the back door, a sliding glass door, and i see two more of them sitting there, staring in at me and it looks like they're smiling. I get freaked and run upstairs, and i hear the glass break downstairs and i know they've broken through the glass door. I run into my room and lock the door, planning on escaping through the window.

Just as i hear the dogs pounding against my door, i run to the window, ready to throw it open, and stop dead in my tracks. I look outside - and there are black dogs EVERYWHERE. Just sitting there, still. In my yard, my nextdoor neighbors yard, on top of the roofs of houses, on the streets, on cars - all i see are black dogs.

Then i wake up.

I know, it's weird.

Well heres one for ya all, Think you can handle it? It is pretty intense.

Anyway, I'm not sure if you guys know or remember a show called Beat the Geeks. It was up here in Canada but as the dream goes, I'm a contestant on the show and challenge the Movie Geek and end up beating him. Now he doesn't take to lightly to this and starts to grow into a giant spider. Suddenly I start to grow to (No not in that way) and realize we were playing the game atop a ceiling fan. Then BAM the Spider geek starts chasing me up and down the street until I wake up.

And no.. I don't do drugs.

this is probaly not a nightmare but i'm pretty sure i had a outer body experience. come to think of it, this situation was a nightmare.

One night i'm asleep and start to have this dream of me lying in bed.So inside my dream, i get out bed and feel like i'm floating slowly towards the stairs of my room(which was in the basement). as i get to the top of the basement stairs(five or six steps), i suddenly wake up and scream at the top of my lungs. it felt like all the wind was sucked out of my lungs and my soul was tired. i really think i was near death and that wasn't a dream. i didn't see any light though, just my dark room.

I had one about a week ago.

Where I was in a vacant warehouse high up on a scaffold and looking down I see the warehouse door slide open and thousands of 28 days later style zombies bust through and beneath me is a sea of infected people scrambling for my flesh. My only help before the scaffold collapses is to grab onto a pipe that runs along the top of the ceiling to a window on the other side of the warehouse, so I have to hang on this pipe and inch my way to the window, meanwhile a sea of people below me scream and growl.

When I get to the window there is a balcony right below the window I jump to it but before I can get to the ground I just see millions of more outside waiting for me.

It was so horrifying my girlfriend told me I just sort of woke up and stared off into the distance for like 2 minutes, it was very intense.

I had a dream a couple months ago where I was being followed everywhere I went by this guy. Thing was, he was just a normal guy.

Anyways, he cornered me in the dream, and right when he did, I woke up. I was laying flat on my back in bed and had my hands crossed over my chest, kinda like how people in coffins lay. As I was laying there, I realized I couldnt move. No matter what I did. I couldnt even flex a muscle. So I tried to talk, and couldnt, and tried to scream, and couldnt, it just came out like ghnnhgnghnngcccchhhh. As I was laying there, trying to move and talk, I heard someone walk up our stairs, that are really old and creaky, and I heard this really evil laugh and then something banged on my bedroom door, and when it did I shot up like a bolt of lightning and was ok then. I ran to my door, opened it, and looked out and there was no one there. I went downstairs and sure enough, the door to the house was locked, from the inside, just like it had been all day.


I still, for the life of me, cant figure out if I was still dreaming or what, but it has honestly messed me up ever since. Even today, as I napped, I heard someone hit my door and shout HEY at me, which caused me to wake up instantly in a sweat.

Sounds like an episode of sleep paralysis. Had the same happen to me except that rather than have a supernatural episode, I had an episode involving alien abduction. It ended off the same way with me finally being able to leap out of bed and run to the door.

Sleep paralysis is a horrible experience - I've had it a few times in my life and the ones I've had are that someone has been trying to get into the room. I'm awake but am unable to move and I can actually hear the banging of this "person" on the door - I even heard a chainsaw once during an instance of this. :eek:

When I was still in high school I used to have chronic nightmares. I'm talking every night. The worst one I ever remember was I was standing the middle of a science labratory or a giant oval hospital room. Three people, all dressed like doctors stood at various points of a large oval table working on things I couldn't see. I remember that it must've been so windy outside in the dream because I could hear the wind blowing like crazy outside. The entire room was bright white along with all the fixtures in it. I looked around only to see Michael Myers just standing in one corner of the room, I distinctly remember that he wasn't carrying a knife but the sight of him scared me to death. I kind of nonchalantly began to walk my way over towards a door that led to a dark hallway. Then I heard commotion. I turn around to see the Shape murdering the three people who were in the room. It was wierd though because they didn't struggle or scream they just stood there while he killed them. I opened the door to the hallway and ran down the corrider towards a set of double doors that led to the outside. I turned around to look and he was coming down the hall towards me. No matter how hard I tried I could not push the door open to the outside and I know it was because of the wind. I could get the door open maybe two or three inches than the wind would gust and push the door shut in my face again. The last thing I remember before waking up was turning around one last time and noticing that Michael was only about three feet from me.

I credit this dream to the fact that at the time I was watching Halloween 6 about twice a day and it was my minds version of the operating room scene. It was pretty terrifying.

Hitler was chacsing me throught the backyard and on to the streets and I had a shovel, so if he got too close I hit him into the face with it, but it would usually make him more mad. I was really afraid of my life running away from him, it was not like some cartoonish dream. Every time I hit him with a shovel I had the feeling of, oh, oh, shouldn't have done that, oh, no, he'll never let me off easy now.
Sometime during the dream he changed to Stalin so in the end I was confused which one it had been. I guess it was like some uber-dictator.

One time I was also hiding under some bushes in my backyard in the mud and it was night, some cannibal had taken over the house and was looking for me. It was a place I'd normally hide in my childhood when I had done something bad and people were looking for me. I think in the end the cannibal cached me and ate me, though I'm not 100% sure.

Here is a nightmare I had when I was five (I'm 24 now) that scared me so bad that it was the only time in my life I actually woke up screaming and still think of to this day.

It started off with me being at a circus. I went into one of the circus tents and saw a clown version of FREDDY with clown clothes and make up on. I started to laugh but then he turned his head and looked at me with a frozen stare and his head started to deflate. I ran out of the circus tent screaming but there wasn't a circus anymore. Now all of a sudden I was in a park. I sat down on a swing and on the swing next to me was a mannequin. At least I thought it was a mannequin. It was the old man from Poltergeist and he turned his head staring at me... and that's when I woke up screaming. So there! I used to be a pussy too! But I'm man enough to admit it which in turn nullifies my pussiness! BEEYAZNITCH!!

Hm, I had this weird one once, my memory is vague of it, but there was this monster with a mouth on it's belly yelling "WEAK!" at me, then after that I was sitting in a chair, floating inside a massive sphere, after this I wake up...

i remeber when i was young my brother was babysitting me and him and his friend rented halloween 4.and theres a scene where a hand shoots out from under the bed and gets the guys leg.

well for the longest time i had dreams that he was under my bed and he drags me under.

i still get scarred sometimes of putting my feet down by the bed.

Here's one. Three old ladies had a car parked right outside my school (on the sidewalk in the field behind it). I accidentally knocked into the car on the way out. One of the ladies proceeded to strangle me to near suffocation.

Usually, I don't actually have nightmares. I spend so much time worrying about horror movies I just saw trying to get to sleep that my mind already dwelled on it enough. I'm not a very rational person when it comes to fictitious characters.
