The Return of the PopUps

Don't wanna complain, but is anyone else getting a pop up that freezes up their screen when they try to post?

It's been happening since I signed on this morning.

I actually haven't had any problems for the last two weeks so I'm happy.

I don't get any of the problems that the other people are complaing about either.
