The O.C season 3 on dvd

anybody know if sept 4 2006 is the right date for the 3rd season of the oc to come out on dvd?? cuz i was told by someone else on here that sept 4 is the right date and i talked to somebody else and they said sept 4 is the UK release date and not the US date. anyone know whats up?

that sounds about when the last two have come out. I own the first two seasons, but I dont know if I'll get this one.
