Celebrity GIF Gallery Thread!

Hey everybody,

Since I'm becoming much more efficient in Flash animation and since I have hundreds and hundreds of high resolution celebrity videos and thousands of photos, I thought I'd go the extra step in this forum. I'd like to offer all of you the opportunity to request your own personal GIF's of your favourite celebrities by either using videos or photos. I can create full size GIF's or simple 90x90 GIF's for your own use as a avatar as I have made hundreds for my own personal collection.

So, feel free to make an requests for celebrity avatars and GIF's and I will make them as quickly as possible. If you'd like a montage of celebrities in your GIF, just let me know who you want them to be or post some images of your own choice for me to use. So thanks everybody and enjoy!

Elder, use some cropping when you make gifs. It'll cut out the black bars and lower the size of the gif. You can also cut down on the colors in the gif, you have 256 which is too high. You can cut it down to around 64 or 32 and not notice a difference.

Here's the Angelina gif, but cropped and with 64 colors instead of 256. The size has gone down by a considerable amount and there isn't much of a quality loss.

Didn't make any of those, unfortunately. My friend made me the Match Point gif and I found the other two somewhere. But I use Clone DVD to copy DVD files then Virtual Dub to crop them and 123 AVI to Vid converter to make the gifs. I have all those other fancy programs but I'm to lazy to learn how to use them. :)

I see what you mean dude, very nice GIF's though and I use some different methods. I love the one of Scarlett getting her shirt ripped off. Something every man would give anything to do.

eljefe, I would definitely recommend linking those gifs rather than having the IMG tags with them, their size is HUUGE and even with my computer the page took a while to load.

And some recommendations on eliminating the size, once again drop the colors down to something more reasonable like 128, 64 or 32, crop anything unnecessary, re-size it down a bit (100 to 200 pixels smaller doesn't hurt a gif much), and if the frame count is too much delete every second frame. It makes things look a little choppy but it's not distracting and it gets the size down considerably. I know I may look like a jerk for telling you how to do it but when you make a gif the size of it is a major factor, the standard is usually less than a megabyte. Sometimes I'll let it slide and go to 1.5MB or even 2 but I will never go over 2 no matter what. I'll show some gifs I have made (although they aren't exactly celebrity, I should though). If you guys want requests from trailers or something available online that I can work with (mov, avi and mpeg work great for me but wmv types I can't do sadly) I'll gladly do it if Elder is too busy :)
