I rented this from Netflix, and ended up buying it the very next day. Great movie. 9/10

I rented it too and the torture scene was probably the funniest in the movie. I know that sounds fucked up but if you saw the movie you'd know what I was talking about. I really liked this one and I'm glad Robert Downey Jr. is back.

one of the funniest films I have seen for ages, Shane Black is a quality writter, and director. When Harry pisses on the corpse I was literally crying with laughter, fantastic film.

Yeah, that's my favorite part in the movie, just for the line right after that. "For a second there, I thought you guys could just DO that..."

I really really really dug this movie. I'm holding back on buying the dvd, I'm hoping that an SE will arrive shortly.

I might buy the barebones if it goes down to about £6.99

My girlfriend and I rented it a few weeks ago and she bought it the next day, seriously one of the most genuinely entertaining flicks I've ever seen.

I, too, loved this movie. I give it a pretty solid 8/10 (http://kcmsterpce.com/reviews/kissbang.html), and think that it's one of Kilmer's best performances in years. I'm happy that he opened up to a more humurous and talkative roll as this one.

Funny, funny movie. I blind bought it, hoping that my friends' recommendation on it (as well as my desire to see it since it was in theaters and missed it) was a good bet for blind buying it. Certainly worth buying!

It makes me sad that when original, painfully clever, upbeat and relentlessly entertaining movies such as this one come along, they go generally unnoticed and un-seen. and underappreciated. I saw this at the cinematheque a few weeks ago and was about to purchase it when I learned that my friend, who saw it with me at the cinematheque, went and bought it the day after we saw it (we share like a collective DVD collection - he has pretty much exclusively DVDs that I don't have and vice versa, and we constantly trade, share and lend DVDs to one another. It's very convenient).

That russian roulette scene...damn...still funny, even on DVD, thanks in part to Downey's reaction.

i doubt we'll get a SE edition (deluxe edition would be welcomed), warner seems too busy in deluxing their library catalog to give this excellent movie its fair edition. However I am anxious to hear the current commentary with rob, shane and val. awesome movie.

Damn, thank you all for reminding me that I haven't watched this yet. I bought it the day it was released and it is stuck in a stack of DVDs near my TV.

One of these days.

This is one of the films that gets me very angry. Reason being people go and watch formulaic rubbish thats released because it the advertising is rammed down your throat while ignoring great films like this. Ive watched this film 5 times now and every time it gets better, just hope the fact it didnt do much at the box office doesnt put studios off shane black. Pity the DVD is vanilla cant help thinking there must be some great storys behind the making of this film

Has to be one of the most underrated movies to come along in the past 5 or 10 years. This movie was barely talked about but was so off the charts good.

Every scene where neurotic Robert Downey is in is hilarious.

I have an inside source at WB that sends me DVDs once in a while. One of the flicks out of the last batch I got, is KISS KISS, BANG BANG. I'll join the majority of you in saying that this is one of the funniest and most original movies I've seen in a long, long time. Robert & Val were top notch in this one, and if you haven't seen it yet...what are you waiting for?! You won't regret it.
