Just saw Panic Room

I must say, it was a disappointment.

Totally implausible, with characters acting irrationally.

Let's face it. Jodie Foster's character had multiple opportunities to get the police involved. She could have used her cell phone at any time while she was outside the room. She could have blinked.

And the thieves...At one point, one of them asks "Why didn't we do that?" when referring to knocking out the cameras. All I could think was, yeah! why didn't they knock out the cameras?

It was more like Home Alone's bumbling thieves (the audience was laughing where I saw it...)

And there's no such thing as a blood sugar monitor watch, and you don't inject glucose into the abdomen - it goes into a vein.

And dropping the flashlight!!!??? Please...

It just goes on and on..

The movie was nonsensical.

When talking about the numerous scenes where Jodies Foster's character could have warned the police, you have to realize Dwight Yoakom's character was quite the nut-case(he killed Jared Leto's character and just nearly killed the husband)If she would have warned the police or called them, as soon as they show up,he would have killed the daughter in a second.

In consideration of others, please be more careful when you are talking about important details. There are people(like me) who have not seen the film, and don't want it ruined for them. And BTW, there is already a thread regarding Panic Room on this forum. Here's the link:
