SchmoeCon?

I don't know if this has ever been suggested, but would it be possible for Jo and Arrow to get some of their sweet actor/director friends together and have a convention where us schmoes get to geek at them?

We could also have panel discussions with some of the schmoes, like "Uwe Boll...Pointless Jerk-Off or Genius?" and the schmoes could get an opportunity to meet each other in person.


Would this have a chance in hell of happening, or should I go back on the sauce and forget about it? ;)

We've DEFINITELY talked about this, but the main problem with organizing something like is 1) we just haven't had the time to put something this BIG together and 2) WHERE would the Con take place?

To a smaller end, the Arrow and I will be making our first "booth" appearance at this year's Toronto Festival of Fear (presented by Rue Morgue @ www.rue-morgue.com/festival.php) from September 1-3, so anyone who wants to meet us or buy JoBlo/Arrow shit, can head on over there and hook up.

We also discussed the possiblity of having a webmaster's party at next year's SAN DIEGO COMIC CON for everyone, but that wouldn't be just a JoBlo.com/Arrow in the Head thing, but one with a bunch of other sites.
