Has anyone seen this movie yet? It's in limited release right now, playing on only 7 screens. As far as I know it's going to be going wide January 11th, 2002.
Anyway, it looks and sounds great and has gotten good reviews. I'm dying to see it so I can't wait until it goes wide.
If anyone has seen it what did you think of it? And Joblo, do you know if you'll be reviewing it?

I really think this looks good, unfortunaltly it is in limited release so it might be a while before I get the chance.

I'm proud to say that I did see The Business of Strangers at a local film festival about a month ago. I chose it because the two lead actresses (Julia Stiles and Stockard Channing) are two of my favorites. They certainly did not disappoint me, and I think both deserve Oscar nominations. (If Julia Stiles is up for "Best Supporting Actress" for this one, she deserves to WIN)
The movie itself is good, but I think it's probably better for women. I still enjoyed it. There is a kind of a twist at the end, but it didn't impress me too much. It didn't turn me OFF of the movie, but it was just so of there. It even presented some questions for me (which I will probably ask the board after the nation-wide release).
I gave it a 7/10, but the acting jobs are exceptionally good and reason alone to see this movie. This is definitely one to check out when it is released worldwide.

Oh yeah, and the direction is good. This movie is Patrick Stettner's first, and it's an impressive first at that.
Is this movie ever going wide? I thought it was supposed to be going wider January 11th but now it doesn't look like it will be, I haven't seen it on any upcoming movies lists.
It better because I really want to see it, it looks great.
If anyone knows when it will go wide if it is at all I would love to know. Any help would be appreciated.

Me too :-)
> ... The movie itself is good
I'm sorry, I didn't like it. Is it really interesting to see 2 women (drunk) abusing of an unconscious man ... during almost an hour ...
If you like movies about drunk people (e.g.: La Dolce Vita, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, The Servant, ...) you might like it.

When is this movie going to come out on VHS/DVD?
It was #101 at the Box Office this last weekend. It is playing in 5 theaters and grossed $1,691 this last weekend, bringing its total to $1,022,997. But they never gave it a wide release (which pisses me off), and I've looked all over and I can't find a release date for the VHS/DVD. I've looked everywhere. This pisses me off, I want to see the movie really bad. WHEN THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO RELEASE IT ON VHS/DVD?
