That pic has been released for a while, it's not big news, you can find it on the official site....not to mention it's been posted on these boards for what seems like months.

I guess what we are all looking for is a full on Venom pic, venom in action.....just anything other than what we've seen over and over again (namely that picture)

Your exactly right! I am just so pumped and mad cause we get actual footage of venom and the new trailer and you cant see shit! Its blurry and it just leaves you with the worst hanger in the history of anything. Its right there infront of you not going anywhere but no matter what you do you cant see it how you would really like too. Its almost like winning the lottery and then the lottery telling you that your ticket is a fake and it is void!

Wow really? Yeah its even up on the Official site and it has been up for some while thats what all the fuss is about. I guess people have their own priorities on what movies they want to check up on and min just so happens to be spiderman at the moment

if venom isnt a fucking hulking ruthless maniac, then fuck this movie. in my opinion the selection of villains in this movie is kinda ridiculous. i'm freaking sick of the harry peter fued, they could have easily put harry out of the picture by saying that he has disappeared or went into hiding or some shit setting up and ending with the hobgoblin or some shit. if they would have done something like that they coulda tossed out the stupid sandman and put in a more classic spidey villain like the lizard setting up a whole science plot/feel to the movie incorporating venom, and also setting up peter working more in the science lab and shit.

i dunno just my opinion dont bust my balls.

Didn't they say in some interview that they dind't want a big, hulking Venom? I heard they were just having it be like Spiderman in size (maybe just a little bigger) just with mouth/fangs/claws.

I agree though, I love the Venom character (the design) I've seen from animated series and some comic art. Looked badass.

The venom I saw at the San Diego Comic con panel was slender and seemed like it could almost shapeshift.

For me the Spider-man film series is a let down...

Now with Venom/Edie Brock also being a skinny nerd and not the hulking, hatefull and severly disturbed bastard we know, it's going to be more of the same Spider-Nerd flick as the previous two...

The films have more in common with the Ultimate Spider-man series than with the originals...which in my opinion is not a good thing.
