I posted this in the general filmmaking forum and someone suggested posting it here as well..:)
I wrote a short horror script (~20 pages) that was selected to be produced by my university a couple of years ago. Because of the poor sound, laughable stunts, and questionable acting the final product reminded me of horror movies from the eighties which you could poke fun at and enjoy at the same time.

I feel the script I wrote and the film that was made are completely different...

Also, the production fell apart half way through and crumbled in post. The director quit on us in the middle of production (For the better..I wish he had quit the first week!) and post was hell due to the lack of organization that resulted in the movie never being finished.

I took all the footage and edited and scored it myself so all the 12am-10am days of shooting didn't go to waste. With that being said..This movie isn't going anywhere but I wanted to put it out there so at least more than 20 people will get to see it.

Here the is the script (http://www.thelurkerfiles.com/finalcheckin.pdf) (pdf).

And here is the movie in quicktime HQ (http://thelurkerfiles.com/barebonesversion.mp4) (95mb) or smaller LQ (http://thelurkerfiles.com/barebonesversion.mov) (38mb) or on google (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5953346136411384867&hl=en) (17minutes)

Like I said...Look at it as b-horror with very low expectations.:D Especially the audio!

Overall, that was a pretty fun horror short. I really enjoyed most of the score. Some of the cuts were a little awkward and the killer was hillariously unfrightening. I can't even begin to tell you how hard I laughed when he pushed the girl out the window or when he chucked....threw....I mean tossed the knife into the guy's leg.

Keep on making films nikescream, I'm looking forward to your next short.

I see what you mean about the director. I don't know if he was on camera too or what, but somebody should have been yelling cut every time the actor in the orange shirt flashed the camera.
