This movie is from the 70's, It has a brother and sister, (I think)
who had psychic powers. (No, i'm not talking about Escape or return to Witch Mountain) These two killed people. If i remember correctly they make someone bleed through their eyes and or their fingernails. I also think there's a scene at the end where someone was scratching a rock for some reason. It's been a long time ago, I hope someone can help.

This probably isn't it, because I'm sure you'd remember if Kirk Douglas is in it, but there is a movie called the Fury made in 78. It had a guy and girl with psychic powers and I remember they killed a couple of people. I can't remember the eyes bleeding thing but I think their eyes glowed at some point.

Douglas plays one of the the psychic kids father and is searching for them because the government has them.

That's the first movie that popped in my head...

I'm pretty sure this movie is The Fury. The scratching scene is Amy Irving scratching a wall, unknowingly mimicing Andrew Stevens doing the same thing in the house.

Spoilers.......

They aren't brother and sister, but share a similar psychic power. Amy Irving makes people bleed when she touches them. Andrew Stevens doesn't necessarily make people bleed from touching them, but does kill his scientist/keeper/lover by levetating her and spinning her as blood seeps out of her eyes and other places.

Why dead eye? I clearly stated the answer first...

Not to put down dead eye, just seems strange to overlook that I put Fury down days before anyone else posted here.

I'll gladly hand over "the prize", since clearly Steele Dude did get it first, I just filled in the facts on the rock part of the question.

I don't know why it mattered to me...I guess I just felt invisible! Maybe we need a joint "prize" since I through out a guess and you solidified it with fact.

I bet the prize is nice isn't it? All shiny and stuff.
