Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury

In a interview Samuel L. Jackson says he's next door neighbors with Avi Arad and says he origanally wanted to play Iron Man but the production went to fast and they wanted a nobody. So now he's pleaing to Avi Arad to cast him as Nick Fury I'd rather see Jamie Foxx be him before Samuel L. Jackson.

What do you guys think?

If they're thinking of the Ultimate version, then yes, that's the person I thought of when reading it, but if it's not associated with the Ultimate version, I'd prefer they go with the original version of Fury, he rules.

If they go "Ultimate", Sam would be perfect as it is an older and tougher role. If they go other than that, Jamie Foxx or someone else would be better for that role.

In case anyone was curious, Ultimate Nick Fury was designed after Samuel L. Jackson. This is why he's so perfect for Ultimate Nick Fury, because he essentially is Sam Jackson.
