From Epitaph.com: Converge’s new full-length album No Heroes will hit stores everywhere on Oct. 24. A masterpiece of raw emotion and adrenaline frenzy, No Heroes brilliantly combines the textural sonics of You Fail Me with the brutal assault of Jane Doe. The intensity of opening track "Heartache" will simply peel the paint from the walls. You will have to wait for the full assault, but check back to this page often, because we will be posting mp3's to satiate the obsessed...

Here is the tracklisting:

01. Heartache
02. Hellbound
03. Sacrifice
04. Vengeance
05. Weight Of The World
06. No Heroes
07. Plagues
08. Grim Heart / Black Rose
09. Orphaned
10. Lonewolves
11. Versus
12. Trophy Scars
13. Bare My Teeth
14. To The Lions

I am very excited to hear this. New Converge and Isis records in the same month, fucking sweet!

Cool cover art.

The title sounds like its a political thing.

Now only if Tool could get these guys to open for them with Isis.

Holy Shit

I can't wait

Album art reminds me of Jane Doe, which is still one of my favorite albums ever period. The most intense thing ever.

I might get this for the cover art alone. Seriously that is some fucking badass art. Of course all their albums have had some pretty damn nice artwork. But that just takes the cake.

I was totally thinking the same thing. Glad I'm not the only one.

As for the images up top, the first one is the cd, and the second one is the vinyl. Both look badass.

Very stoked!!!

From their website:
A brief title explanation: These days cowards outnumber the heroes, and the begging souls outweigh the calloused hands of the hardest of workers. Both in life and in art, the lack of passion is sickening and the lust for complacency is poisonous. This album is the artistic antithesis of that sinking world, a thorn in the side of their beast. It's for those who move mountains, one day at a time. It's for those who truly understand sacrifice...In our world of enemies, we will walk alone.... So yeah, that's that.

That's pretty cool Boner. I may not love the band, I enjoy some of their stuff, but I do bow down to their brutality and raw emotion.

Great. I'm going to go bang garbage cans outsoud and scream like I have razors stuck in my throat.
