Did anyone know that the little boy fucking that woman in SWEETBACK's opening scene is Mario Van Peebles? His father Melvyn directed the flick! He looked like he was about 10-years-old!

I love Gordon Parks' Shaft to death. (I also love the remake.) I would like to mention a cool action film called Black Gunn, starring the greatest running back in NFL history, and one of the coolest men to ever draw a breath, Jim Brown.

Agreed on all accounts if you add The Mack to the classic section. Interesting tidbit about the kid in the beginning, nowadays Melvin would go to jail for child porn for that scene.
