The House of Yes. Disturbingly hilarious. Also Heathers was genious, and no way can I leave out Todd Solondz's Welcome to the Dollhouse, and Storytelling.

You guys consider Pulp Fiction a comedy? I don't. Same with American Psycho. Yeah they certainly had funny parts, but I don't think the movies were BASED on comedy.

You can't get much more "Dark Comedy" than American Psycho. The guy killed people while listening to cheesy 80 tunes, and spending half the movie grooming himself with lotions and moisurizers. The movie was a total farce.

I don't consider Pulp Fiction or some of the other mentioned here to be dark comedies. My favorite dark comedy by far is:
Death to Smoochy.:p It's a really fun movie, and twisted.

Has anyone considered Payback, I know it usually isn't called a comedy, but it has enough funny content to be considered one.

FARGO and RUSHMORE are really the only good movies that I've seen listed where the term "dark comedy" applies. "Dark" doesn't mean in terms of lighting - looking at the replies, I'm convinced some of you think otherwise.
