So me and my bro decided to go see this one this afternoon.... My brother really got me interested and into Dane Cook as a comedian, since he was pretty good in his limited role in "Waiting"... Plus I've seen some of his stand-up comedy, and he's pretty fucking funny!

Anyway, it's your typical "love story" type thing... About 2 employees who work atta big warehouse like Sam' Club, fighting to be the Employee of the Month, in order to get inside of the pants of some hot girl... This girl was played by Jessica Simpson, who I totally loathe as both a person and an actress... She's a fucking retard off-screen, and a fucking SHITTY actor on-screen, and really doesn't deserve to be famous at all... I don't think she's even that hot at all, and the ONLY thing she's got going for her, is those giant (and probably fake) tits!

This movie started out pretty damned good, and it was quite funny for a PG-13 comedy.... Then the 2nd half there were some scenes that were embarassingly bad/hard to watch, just cuz the writing sucked ass! Dax Sherpard's character "Victor" was very, VERY poorly written... As he was not funny at all, throughout the whole movie, he just simply wasn't funny.

This was Dane Cook's movie anyhow.... And he did a good job, was pretty fuckin' funny throughout, and just seems like a really cool guy to just hang out with...

So overall I'd say this movie is a pretty good flick to watch if you're not really looking to think much about a thin plot that's pretty predictable... If you're a fan of Cook's, or are looking for a decent comedy then I'd say check it out! :)

Somehow I think a role as a warehouse employee suits Jessica Simpson very well, considering that other, "lesser-enhanced" girls with her brain wouldn't be capable for much else (no offense to actual warehouse employees).

Still, this doesn't look appealing in the least bit.

Or maybe I'm just pissed that a nearby theater got this over THE DEPARTED...

Somewhere... Louis C.K. is very pissed off.

I'm actually kinda glad that I got stood up on a date to see this.

Dane was good. Dax was better. Jessica sucked. The movie was a big letdown.

I kinda figured Dax would steal the show. Dane is hilarious in stand up, but just don't think hes cut out for the big screen.

Dax was made for it though, the guy is very charismatic.

What the fuck movie were you watching Jackson? Dax was terrible, his character was written EXTREMELY shitty.... Dane carried this whole movie practically (him and the big black security guard "Semi" :p)

Wow, it looks like a case of looking at one object and calling it "blue" and then someone else looking at the same object and saying it's "red".... Interesting...

I thought the previews made this movie look really bad/dumb, but it was a lot better and funnier than I was expecting. I liked it a lot and will def be getting the dvd when it comes out!

just got back from the movie and.....i wasnt happy with my purchase. i wish i could have gotten an "open-box" policy on my tickets. jessica simpson could make porno stars look like academy award winners here. dane cooks not bad, but he's damn far from great. dax shepard was pretty good. harland williams is great as always. and andy dick was...well, andy dick, but a good andy dick, not the usually annoying andy dick. pretty much the movie lacked in everything i thought would have made it really good. there was absolutly no connection with any of the characters. the storyline was the same storyline we've seen for what seems like decades, only involving a sam's club or costco-ish surrounding. the movie might have been funnier had the screenwriters and whatnot written compatible dialogue comparable to the characters. basically, the dialogue spoken by the characters didnt seem to match the characters themselves. and that "pedro" guy from napoleon dynamite was really fuckin annoying in this movie. aside from "pedro," this movie was saved by its supporting cast members, and most definetly NOT the leads.

see.. i disagree with the statement "If You are a fan of Dane Cook's" because there isnt a shred of Dane Cook humor really anywhere in this flick! Maybe a sprinkle here and there... but i was expecting alot more comedy out of the flick!

I enjoyed it, it DID entertain me, but on a pure comedy factor, this movie LACKED BIG TIME, the funny parts were few and far between.

But i did love how the director/ DP managed to frame up Jessica Simpson from the bottom of her tits to the top of her head every frame she was in! Even if it meant cutting off portions of the other actors heads to get that frame up of Simpson just right!

And i'll be honest... i don't think Jessica Simpson is as bad as an actress as she gets made out to be. I didnt think she did any worse a job than any other actress would have done in the same role in this and in Dukes of Hazzard! I think she is not bad as an actress.

dane Cook also, i think is a good actor.. but i think he needs to stick to the quirky characters instead of trying to play the straight guy to the quirky characters surrounding him. I like Dax alot also, but its like Trail said.. the writing for his character did lack. Although the homoeroticism between him and pedro was comical i thought!

Shes so overexposed that it leads people to hate her , but she's pretty cute with REAL big jugs and a tight body so stop with the she isn't hot crap lol..if you seen her in a bar and she showed some interest I seriously doubt any normal guy would ignore her as some skank or something. And she did a decent job in Dukes and Im sure she is fine in this too. OK OK , I want to bang her longtime so I might be a little prejudiced on the subject :o

No, Jessica Simpson cannot act. It's a scientific fact. What is it with actresses named Jessica and being annoying and unable to act? *coughalbacough*

Took me friend out to the movies last night for his birthday and he chose to see this. This is the biggest piece of shit ever. Worst movie I have seen all year. I feel bad for Dane Cook who is hilarious when given great stuff to work with. This was just bad. Had my friend not been there I would have walked out midway through like other people did. Some funny parts but they were feqw and far between. Fuck Dax Shepard, he sucked and annoyed me.

Aye, she is. No, I'm not kidding. And I don't care if her tits are real or not... They're about the ONLY thing worth a shit, about her.

Yeah, i wasn't planning on seeing this movie, but I wasn't actually too upset that i'd seen it. it's very forgettable, but it was entertaining, not too many laughs though. but i certainly wasn;t bored at all during it.
