I know it got bad reviews, hell, I downloaded it. But in all honesty, it's SO bloody stupid but it's one of the funniest movies i've seen. I actually want to buy the DVD when it comes out.
Most reviewers complain about the dubbing and the nonexistent lip-sync.
Considering there is a total of maybe 3 actors in the movie(steve, the one boob chick, maybe someone else) how could they dubbing work properly.

Anyway, just curious to see if you liked it or not. No big answers, just yes or no, maybe a few lines why. that's all.

And I was aware I spelled Wnter the fist, just didn't care too much.
BTW, did ANY of you actually see it?

Oh, I laughed my ass off at this flick. It's all dumb and stupid, but unbelievably funny. The gags were nifty, and the horrible dubbing (especially the brute near the beginning with the tiny voice) was consistently amusing.

I liked the idea of Ling's voice being obviously done by a guy. In all honesty, for those you were turned off by the commercial, it's not your typical spoof. I never planned on seeing it either but I downloaded it just to try it out.

In case you didn't know, it an old '76 kung foo movie with Odekerk composited replacing the main chinese/japanese guy(sorry, not sure which).

It is fairly unique.
A mix of What's Up Tiggerlily(woody allen dubbed over old japanese movie) a regular spoof(like we have today) and the fact that Steve Odekerk literally is replacing a guy in the film from 20 years ago. Just for that and it's impressive compositing deserves more recognition. Unfortunetly, the commercials made it seem like another cheap Spoof.

And yes, it's dumb, but enjoyable.

Yes this movie is hilarious.
and it is idiotically stupid.
but it appeals to all the MST3K fans.
It's just some silly movie fun.
