The NZ Box Office!

Hey you guys, thought you might be interested to see how well the movies are doing over here in NZ. Remember we are a bit behind in our release dates, movies such as THE TIME MACHINE and CROSSROADS have just been released here (not included in the charts as they are week ending April 9) so we are catching up slowly but surely!

Here is the NZ box office for week ending 3rd April. I don't have any gross numbers or anything, we're not that fussed over here http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Cracking codes or sum shit. Its showing quite big over here, but is an underdog over there I think. It was released a while ago in the US

I was very surprised to see ABM at the top of the list, I must say. It's been there for a couple of weeks now!

It is no wonder that LOTR: FOTR is so big over there being as it was shot there. It is nice to see the hilarious SHOWTIME doing well somewhere. RETURN TO NEVERLAND was a great movie. As was A BEAUTIFUL MIND. Is THE ONE really popular in New Zealand? It was not that big over here.

THE ONE is only doing well here because its one of the only action films released and us Kiwis do like a bit of kick-ass action after we've seen LOTR:FOTR for the 19th time http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif. It's unfortunate the movie sucks so much ass, I'm happy it went down in the chart really fast.
