any news on Nightmare Before Christmas in Disney Digital 3D?

Anybody heard anything about if this is going to get released on DVD? Saw this over the weekend and it blew me away. It was great seeing my favorite film remastered and in 3D. I really want to know if this is going to geta DVD release because I would be the first in line to take the experience home.

Actually, the word right now, is that it wont be released until next October on DVD, but it will be a special edition.

From what i heard from Disney Reps. it will be a two dics collectors edition, complete with Lenticular O-Box packaging. and it will include 3-d glasses like Adv of Shark Boy and Spy Kids 3D.

Hopefully the new DVD will get a nice new anamorphic transfer :D
