BUT the one that gets me the most out of that list is Austin Powers, that seem's closer than 10 years.

Actually, Friday came out in '95 so it's 11 years old, and The Nutty Professor came out in '96 so it's already a decade old (according to their DVD cases).

I don't feel old, but it makes me think that the actors are getting old.

Once something like Lord of The Rings hits the ten year mark, then maybe I'll feel old. You know, tell all the youngin's: I was alive when the movies came out!

I just turned 30 and at first I was depressed and suicidal but then I thought, "hey wait a minute I lived through a lot!" I mean I saw I saw Escape from New York in the theaters when I was seven! How many people can say that?

I'm sure people who saw the old black and white movies in the theater feel old but then again, they were alive when all those actors were alive.

I am 37 and I remember watching Rocky when I was 7 years old.
Yep time really flies. Now with Rocky 6, I can see the Rocky series coming to an end. Its time to hang up his gloves for good. Stallone is a great actor but I cant believe how he aged so much.

Star Trek is 40 this year, I think someone else mentioned that Star Wars will be 30 next year. Star Trek: The Motion Picture came out the year I was born ('79), and I can remember seeing all the rest in the theatre.

What makes me feel old is the 15th anniversary edition of Resovoir dogs. I saw both it and Terminator 2 in theatres when I was young.

I don't feel old per se, I actually feel blessed because many of the movies I saw at the cinema years back are the ones I grew up with, and I have nothing but fond memories about them.
