Yes it does. It looks very interesting.
I think they're going for a Butterfly Effect type thing, but it has the potential to be much better I think.

I'm sorry -- I couldn't get through the first 30 seconds without thinking of this guy and a Dr. Pepper commercial:

I also got a Butterfly type feeling with the trailer.

Just for the record, I don't really like Schumacher films, but this looks really interesting. It looks like it could be decent, but I'm still really hesitant.

Schumacher will be the downfall of this film as he was of 8MM. What started out as an interseting concept - and this certainly seems like an interesting concept - was crafted by him to turn out in the end to be an extremely average crime thriller. Unfortunately this looks somewhat similar, although I always accept Jim Carrey's dramatic roles with wide open arms. Strange how similar he looks to his Joel Barrish character from Eternal Sunshine, though. You'd think they could give him a different hairdo or something.

Wow. Jim Carrey playing a man that falls into insanity over the number 23? Wow. If he can play a pyschopath really good, He could carry the film.

This movie actually looks really good to me. I really wish I could actually like Schumacher though, but I can never forgive him for the last two Batman films. Still, he does have a lot of movies I'm actually a fan of and this may be another one them....

Sigh.

I REALLY don't get the hate that Schumacher gets ALL THE TIME.

Yes, Batman & Robin was bad. But the man has made so many good to great movies. Tigerland, A Time to Kill, Flatliners, The Lost Boys, 8MM, Phone Booth, The Client just to name a few.

And as for this movie, it looks pretty cool. It'll be interesting to see Jim Carrey in this kind of movie. He's never done this kind of dark material before.

I was skeptical at first but that trailer sold me! I'm stoked for it. Too bad we didn't get to see Rhona Mitra though... I was all excited. :)

Watched the trailer for it today and look forward to seeing it come Feburary. And just for the record, I loved 8mm.
