Uploading Picture Problems, please help

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload pictures...I have several digital images I want to add to my page, but everytime I hit the upload button, it goes to a blank white screen. Plus, all of my pictures are 2MB each in size, and I cannot figure out how to minimize them to fit on the page. Is the screen white because they were too big? I have 4.75MB of space left, but I am saving them in JPEG format, but what am I doing wrong? Can someone guide me step by step on how to take my downloaded digital camera images and input them and upload them on my webpage...thanks a ton in advance for any help you can give me...

Hey buddy,

Never fear, we're here to help you. You've given the details and from that, the problem is pretty obvious. Your picture files are way too big. Most picture hosting sites on the Net including forums will only accept a photograph up to about 1.5 MB in size. It depends on the site and that's why the screen just goes blank because it can't upload what you want.

Now to solve your problem, I recommend the following site to upload your photos as you can have a file as big as 25 MB.

Just upload each of your photos on this site and then copy the links onto either this thread or the "Need an avatar..." thread and either I or someone else can take your photos and make them much smaller so you can post them much easier.

Do you have any photo editing software?

I know the moderators are busy, and I hate being a pest about this, but can anyone help me from here?...I uploaded the images and added the links which are included in the reply below, but still have no clue how to get them smaller to add to my site...Again, thank you for your help, and i think after I get thess images done, I should be set from here on out and won't have to bug anyone again with help....
